Inmarsat plc announced that certain of its subsidiaries intend to file voluntary deregistration forms with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with the termination of their respective reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”). The Company decided to deregister the Inmarsat Registrants under the Exchange Act following the redemption and cancellation of certain debt instruments.
