Airbiquity and Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation New Energy Vehicle Division, have partnered to showcase connected vehicle services in SAIC Motor fuel cell vehicles featured at this year’s World Expo 2010 Shanghai. Using Airbiquity’s patented technology and service delivery platform, the sponsorship vehicles feature connected vehicle applications including local search, automatic crash notification, vehicle health reports, navigation tools and direct call center connections. The demo vehicles are primarily used to welcome and transport VIP representatives of participating countries.
